Doctor is not listening patient at all. I have serious health problems, where she just referred me to the surgery and while I waiting no any medicine given in order too cope with pain. She just printed information and that it. She even did not remembered why I has done ultrasound and did not explained me my results. Moreover she is always late, my appointment delayed to 30 minutes and than she just quickly speak to you as in waiting area a lot of patients.

Since joining the practice, my experiences have been superb in comparison to my previous life long surgery. Doctor McIvor has provided excellent care, and with well mannered old fashioned values blended with modern medicine. My anxiety about visiting the GP has been eased by feeling I am dealing with a professional who I can communicate with, and who listens.

Did have notes ready and continued to chat to staff while entering the room, did not listen to what was said and just repeated herself not listening to answers given!
